Making reservations directly with Bay Leaf Cottages is easy using the form below. This gives you access to the entire property so you can select your desired cottage or room.

To make a reservation directly with us, following the steps below to complete the online form:

1. When you are ready to make your reservation please use the form below AND call us with your credit card information within 48 hours. If this reservation is for today (same date) or tomorrow (next day), please call between 7:30 am and 9:00 p.m. today to confirm your reservation with a credit card.

   Please note that our office is open 7:30 am thru 9:00 pm eastern standard time. This is a small business and we sometimes have to leave the office to run errands.

2. Rate questions? Rates are posted on our website on the 2013 Rate Chart. For all reservations we need you to confirm with your credit card by calling 207-505-0458. Until we receive your credit card information, any cottages or rooms you desire can be booked by other guests.
   
   
3. Cancellation Policy - one week minimum notice for Mid-July thru August cancellations for reservations of 1-4 nights. 72 hour notice May thru mid-July & September thru October. No shows or cancellations after these minimums will be billed for the first night's lodging. A $25 charge will be assessed for changes to dates/rescheduling a reservation and cancellations. Deposits for Extended Stay - Reservations of 5 or more days for cottages/motel rooms during high season (mid-July thru August) will require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
   
   Please be sure you provide your name, e-mail address and phone (marked with * ) below so we can contact you. Your personal information will only be used for your reservation at Bay Leaf Cottage and will not be shared with any other parties. We value and respect your privacy!
   
   
4. Check in is from 3-7 pm! If you think you will arrive after 7 pm, please let us know and we'll put the key inside an envelope with your name on it and attach it to our office door with a note about parking and breakfast as well as our contact information.
