Mini-kitchens have refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee pot. Motel rooms have refrigerators and coffee pots. We provide coffee packets with cream & sugar.

To be more eco-friendly, we do not change towels/linens daily. However, towel exchange is available to our guests. Daily cleaning services are optional ($15.00/cleaning). Our cottages are cleaned between clients or weekly (for long-term rentals)

Our library includes brochures for area attractions as well as sightseeing books, novels, and magazines

Our office and gift shop includes: gifts from area artisans, refrigerated beverages, toiletries, snacks, and supplies

Items to be “signed out” to your cottage – any of the following devices may be borrowed during your stay with us: blender, waffle iron, crock pot/slow cooker, iron, ironing board, and pack ’n play.

Games/Toys – a wide range of games are available in Cottage #1, including: badminton/volleyball, croquet, horseshoes, bean bag toss, board games (Scrabble, Dominos, Checkers, Chess, etc.), jump ropes, and a basket of assorted toys. There are also arts/crafts, and art supplies. Ping Pong is located in the garage.

Children: Children receive a "Welcome to Maine" coloring book.

Dogs: Dogs receive a welcome bag of pet essentials.

Beach items: Beach towels and life preservers are available to “sign out” for use at the local Lincolnville beach or one of the local lakes. A $2.00 cleaning fee will be assessed for use of each beach towel.


Fitness Loft (Coming Soon!): Exercise equipment and adult game room will be located in the loft of the garage in 2013.

Concierge services available for event tickets, booking tours and local sightseeing, laundry/dry- cleaning, personal shopper, kayak and boat rentals, etc.

Catering is available for special functions with advance notice.
